Masala Chai (Coconut-Milk Latte)

Ready-to-drink masala chai latte with coconut milk. Real cardamom from Kerala.

We roast spices in small batches - around 400°F for 4-5 minutes, depending on batch size. Watch for toasted, caramelized notes without crossing into burnt (the difference is just a wayward glance). Grind within an hour or two to preserve essential oils.

Black tea is cold-brewed for 1-2 hours (not boiled) to extract flavor without bitterness. We infuse fresh-ground spices into brewed tea, then fold in coconut milk at the right temperature.
